The skirt of your cover is the flap of vinyl that hangs down from the bottom of the cover, covering the exposed part of your spa's shell. It plays a vital role in insulation. To measure the skirt:



• Measure from the bottom of your cover to 1/2" to 1" below the spa's shell.
  
• If your spa is in-ground and the cover sits flush with the deck, no skirt is necessary—just put N/A.

To measure fastener length:



• Measure from the bottom of the cover (not the skirt) to where the strap attaches to the clip.
  
• We place fasteners on the ends of the cover, 12" in from each side, unless you specify otherwise.
  
• Our Side-Release Buckles come with both the buckle (female side) and clip (male side) with 2 keys.

To measure rounded corners:



• Place two straight edges (like a carpenter's square or broom handles) against your tub or old cover to form a square corner around the rounded one.
  
• Measure from the corner where the straight edge meets the tub, along the straight edge, to where the edge and the tub meet. (For example, a 12" rounded corner would be 12" along the straight edge).
