Dos & Do Nots of Cover Care
What to Do (Dos)
- Use a floating cover with your main cover.
- Clean regularly to remove dust and dirt.
- Sweep off standing water or snow.
- Stand on its side to drain and dry.
- Apply protective treatment to marine vinyl periodically.
What to Avoid (Do Nots)
- Don’t pull the cover by its fastener tabs.
- Never walk, climb, or jump on the cover.
- Don’t place objects on the cover.
- Don’t swim under the cover.
- Avoid over-chlorinating and remove cover when adding chemicals.
